Overview
Casa Bohemia was Cortizo Construction’s first full new construction project. Built entirely from the ground up, this home marked a turning point for our company and became the foundation for the systems, standards, and process we follow today. We were responsible for the structural work and all plumbing installations, coordinating each phase from foundation through completion. This project challenged us to think holistically, plan carefully, and execute with discipline at every stage.
The Challenge
New construction requires decisions long before the first wall is built. Every structural element and plumbing line had to be planned, with little room for improvisation. This project demanded precision, sequencing, and a deep understanding of how systems interact.
