Built entirely from the ground up, this home marked a turning point for our company and became the foundation for the systems, standards, and process we follow today. We were responsible for the structural work and all plumbing installations, coordinating each phase from foundation through completion. 

 The Rodriguez Residence was a home renovation with key structural work. We demolished a detached studio, renovated three bathrooms, and opened the kitchen by removing a structural wall and installing a steel beam. New impact windows and sliding doors increased light and improved the indoor-outdoor connection. 

 The San Juan Hotel project meant stepping into an open, unfinished 2018 permit and bringing the cafeteria kitchen back on track. We assessed existing work, coordinated inspections, and delivered a compliant, fully renewed system with new grease trap, lift station, and plumbing. 

 The Bernal Residence was a comprehensive renovation that rethought how the home looks, feels, and performs. Our scope included three new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new flooring throughout, impact windows, a new roof, and a refreshed pool area with new deck tile, resurfacing, and full plumbing replacement.

 The Matheson Residence is a full studio renovation managed entirely remotely. The client purchased the apartment while living outside Miami, trusting Cortizo Construction to lead the project from early design through construction, overseeing every step to ensure clarity and confidence despite the distance.
