The Matheson Residence is a full studio renovation managed entirely from a distance. The client purchased the apartment while living outside of Miami, trusting Cortizo Construction to guide the project from the earliest design and architectural phases through construction.

The Challenge
Managing a renovation for a client who is not physically present requires elevated communication and documentation. All decisions, approvals, and updates are coordinated remotely, relying on clear visuals, regular phone calls, and transparent reporting. Rather than being a limitation, this dynamic strengthened the process and reinforced the importance of structure and trust.
